What is your session fee?

Session Price is $450, which includes a booking fee of $150 and $300 print credit. Please have a look at the Pricing page for more details. This booking fee is non-refundable but can be transferred to another date.

When and how do I pay?

Booking fee is payable in full either in cash, direct deposit or credit card within 7 days of booking in order to reserve your session date. The remainder of the Session Price is payable 2 weeks before the day of the session.

What happens if I cancel?

If you or your child is feeling ill, please call to reschedule. If you have to cancel, please advise at least 24 hours before your session.

How do I book a session?

How long is the session?

The session will generally last between 1-2 hours and approximately 3 hours for newborn sessions. However, when children are involved, sometimes the session could last a little bit longer and sometimes shorter even!

Where and what time can my session be held?

Since I am a natural light, on location photographer, outdoor locations will yield the best results - local parks but not playgrounds or any other outdoor location of your choices. If you would like to have the session at your house, then is perfectly fine as well provided that there is plenty of natural light coming through. Sessions are held in the afternoon around 4-5pm in winter and 5-6pm in summer.

How far are you willing to travel?

I am happy to travel to your location of choice. An additional cost of $30 would be required if it is not within the area covered which is 50km radius of Brisbane CBD.

When and how do I view my photos?

A photo viewing and ordering session will be held at my studio when the photos are ready for viewing. Print orders are to be placed during the order session. As such, all decision makers MUST be present at the order session. A full payment is required at the order session before prints can be ordered.

How do I place an order and how do I pay?

Once the images are ready for viewing and ordering, you will be contacted to set an appointment for a viewing and ordering session at the studio. It is very important that ALL decision makers are present at the ordering session as the prints ordered cannot be refunded if you should change your mind. Full payment is required before the print order can be placed.

Payment can be made via any one of the following methods,

When will I receive my photos?

It will take approximately 2-4 weeks after you have placed your order and made full payment for the prints to be ready.

Will the photos be framed?

All prints are delivered unframed and unmounted unless stated otherwise in the package.
